Ever since a microsoft update my scanner would not work wirelessly, plus I've had nothing but issues with my fairly new HP all in one printer 8740 since buying it.  During the troubleshooting process, I reluctantly uninstalled the printer (per troubleshooting) from my computer (since every other troubleshooting didn't work) and tried to reinstall and it won't even let me reinstall it, online or by using my original CD.  I am so fed up with HP I will NEVER buy a HP product again.  I am fortunate enough to be able to afford to go buy a new printer....today and will put my HP printer in the dump so no one else ever has to be as frustrated as I have been for about a month now.  I doubt HP will publish this, but hopefully they will at least figure out HOW FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS ARE!!!  HOW MANY PEOPLE DON'T TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE TO YOU HP THAT WILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN????    Xerox rates highest with compatibility with Microsoft, so off to buy a Xerox.  Ta, ta....
