On my previous AIO, the HP AIO8610, the fax log showed my name and fax numbeshows name and originating fax numbershows name and originating fax numberDOES NOT SHOW name and originating fax numberDOES NOT SHOW name and originating fax numberr.  

 

The new and upgraded AIO 9025e does not show my name and fax number at the top of the transaction page.

 

Spent three (3), yes three hours with an HP person on May 3 and she could not figure nor explain the solution ... 

 

Can anyone out there help?

HP tech support was a time waster...

 

Please be very detailed about a suggested solution...
