HP App Mobile Fax

Mobile Fax works to fax BUT it will not display the faxed documents via the + sign on the icon for the faxed documents.  The wheel just keeps turning but no document display ever results.  HOWEVER, documents will display if you select "edit and forward," and then "files and cover page." and then press the + sign on the document you desire to see.  I do not have an HP printer at all or setup through HP App.  Very strange.  Any fix out there for this?

I'm curious where the "+" sign is located in HP Mobile Fax.

 I do not know how you are accessing HP Mobile Fax outside of the HP App / HP Smart application.

My initial reaction based on those two observations is that there is no fix for what you describe.
