I have sent a fax using the Mobile Fax option on my desktop's HP Smart application.

 

I filled out and sent along with it a completed cover page. Upon looking at the "Sent" tab. It shows my cover page as COMPLETELY BLANK.  Why is this?

 

If the Attention line and message cannot be seen by the received side, the documents will not be processed correctly. To make matters worse, I cannot call the receiving side since it is a processing area with no direct line, so finding out if this was sent properly will take days or more delaying my important fax even further (I am ensuring that my bank adds my wife to my bank account). 

 

This is rather disappointing ... I will be resending it again to be safe, but I am confident I will continue face the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this? I am unable to reach HP tech support at this time, so I am rather pressed for a sooner resolution. Can someone please help?

Update: 2nd attempt at a fax once again shows an incompleted cover page...

 

My faxed documents will continue to be unsuccessful if there is NO COVER PAGE. I very much need a resolution to this please...

Update: I've manged to get my bank to check on their fax processing (luckily they did this as a courtesy since that is a "back office" dept. with no phone communication) and the cover page WAS IN FACT FILLED OUT...

 

The "sent" tab in Mobile Fax, within my HP Smart app must have some sort of error or bug. The HP Smart app shows the history/sent cover page as SIMPLY BLANK...

 

HP may want to make a note of this or flag this forum post as a possible bug, if this is not just on my particular computer and software...
