Product: HP Smart App

I am a iPhone user with HP App,

All my scaned Documents are saved in the App in the Local Folder "My Files" 

Since the last IOS 11 Update I cant acess my Files anymore

When Clicking a File it is Stuck on Rendering

Need urget help how to solve issue or How to Download Files to other location

Please Advice

I understand that you're using the HP Smart app on your iPhone and are unable to access the files from the "My Files" folder. This started after the last iOS 11 update.
