Product: HP 7740

I have an HP 7740 printer. I just downloaded and installed the latest drivers and restarted my laptop. When I try to install the HP app, I keep getting a message that they are trying to install on my device but it doesn't install. Can you help?

HP Smart for Windows is an application that is available in the Windows Store.

 

If the application won't download / install, make sure the Windows Store is working as expected.

 

Help for Windows Store applications:

Microsoft - I can't find or install an app from Microsoft Store

 

If the application is already installed, it can be removed (uninstalled) from

Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

After / If you remove the application, Restart the computer and log in.

Once the application is uninstalled and you have checked / verified the Store is working, try again.
