Product: HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer

I have two printers. A deskjet and and all-in-one. Both are on instant ink and it's a crapshoot which one will show up when I log into HP App. How do I find my other printer when I want to scan or check ink levels in HP App?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

HP Smart can add several printers.  Assuming both printers are on the same email that was signed up for Instant Ink, simply add the 2nd printer to HP Smart app.

 

Once that is done, both printers will be on the HP Smart Dashboard.
