Microsoft Windows 11

I installed my HP Color LaserJer Pro MFP 4301 the other day and wanted to set up network scanning.  I went through the instructions to add a network folder.  I added this on the web GUI portal by adding my QuickSet for network scanning.  I followed all the instructions per the videos provided by HP (e.g. my folder pathway is set to read/write and my username/password credentials check out).  I am able to see my scan directory on the printer interface.  However, when I go to scan the scan button is not working.  I am at a complete loss on how to fix this issue.

If the network scan icon on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301 isn't working, try restarting both the printer and your network devices. Sometimes, the issue may be linked to connectivity settings. Additionally, make sure that your drivers are up to date. I've had similar issues with  bluetooth barcode scanners, and updating the firmware usually resolves the problem quickly.
