am currently facing an issue with the “Scan to Email” function on our HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303. Every time I attempt to scan and send a document via email, the system prompts me to enter a password. I would like to disable this password requirement.

Could you please guide me on how to adjust the settings to resolve this?
