Hello,

I have a HP Designjet 4500 Scanner with serial number: [Personal Information Removed].

Possible to update the scanner OS with Windows 10?

If it possible where I can download system recovery DVD windows 10 for this scanner?

HP Recommended

to the best of my knowledge HP has not offered a Windows 10 upgrade for this device. If you do not see anything posted on support.hp.com that is a sign that HP likely has nothing. You may find a 3rd party that has done this type of update and only searching around will likely yield that answer. If you do find something I suggest you post back here and mark it as a accepted solution so others can find it.
