HP DeskJet 3631
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Deskjet 3631 no longer interfaces with my computer for scanning.  The printer will print but no longer opens dialog box on computer to scan. My operating system is Windows 10 and 64 bit. Went to site of compatible printers for Windows 10  but this one not listed.  Ran HP print and scan doctor in scan mode and it locked up when it came to t he windows (WIA) scan. Just updated the Print and Scan Doctor today. This all use to work until today, 6/5/2021.

This repair memo was taken from a Microsoft forum. It was not created by me but it solved my problem so I passed it along.
