Hello,

When I try to scan more than one page, I cannot chose the "+" sign at he bottom.

Standard it keeps showing the "X" sign.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Are you scanning a JPEG or PDF?  If it's JPEG, you will not be able to add pages,

Refer to this Resource on how to Scan multiple pages

Hope that helps!

Thank you.

I was scanning a PDF.

The video was clear; I  allready did it as shown.

My problem is, as indicated in my first mail, is that i cannot chose "the add button"; it stays standard on the "delete button" (see also the attachment in my first mail).

Hi

I think I found a solution.

I changed everything to the factory settings, and now it works again.
