Deskjet 2700 will not scan.  I have tried all means still nothing.  It will print but not scan.  need help.

@Sophie40, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to scan. To assist you better, which device are you using to scan?

Which app do you use to scan?

 

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
