I Use the HP Deskjet 3055A for printing, copying and scanning. It now is flawed, since it says that scanning or copying is not working. Nothing has changed since last week when it was ok. I've downloaded the most recent version of the drive (which is 3050A in stead of 3055A since HP does not know 3055A anymore). To no good use. I've followed all steps from the diagnostics and help pages. but still no result. Scanning won't work. So now I'm hoping to find a solution from withing the community... please be so kind to suggest your solutions to me.
