Product: HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had my all in one printer for awhile and everything worked with no problems. I went to scan a document one day and all of a sudden it says that it doesn't detect a scanner. Went to troubleshooting and it told me there was a software update necessary and for me to uninstall and then install the update HP Smart software. I did that and it still does not "detect " the scanner in the all in one. What now? TIA
