HP ENVY 7855
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP ENVY 7855 appears to NOT be compatibility with ReadIRIS Pro 17. Is this true even in the 21st century?
Is there a work around to make it work on the HP ENVY 7855 or do I just simply need to purchase an EPSON?
Purchased this HP ENVY 7855 printer brand new, and it was broken the day I took it home, isolated to a factory defect. A c able that was never connected. I don’t know how it passed test or inspection. Apparently, HP does neither. Asked for a replacement since it was less than a day old, and specified I wanted a new printer not a refurbished printer since the broken one was only a day old. What did HP send me, a replacement printer with a giant white/black REFURBISHMENT printer sticker by the HP ID Plate? Companies like these soon go out of business. I will never ever purchase anything made by HP again as well as advise all my friends. Buyer beware!
