Product: HP Envy Photo 7100 All in One Series

My printer will not scan.  It keeps coming up with an error stating Internal Processing error. Please retry or manually check the firmware updates

I am having the same issue with an HP Envy Photo 7155 AND HP Envy 7640.  They worked fine yesterday.  This morning they didn't work - same issue.  I called tech support and around noon they said it is a known issue and they are running an update.  When the update is complete, it should work again.  Their ETA was 2-3 hours at that point...  But it has been 4 hours since and still not working.
