Product: HP 8710 and Easy Scan

I replaced my MAC and am trying to get my HP Office Jet Pro 8710 to scan properly. By the way - a little surprised MAC OS 11+ isn't a selection. I CAN scan with my 8710 using EasyScan on the MAC. What I can't get working (which used to work on my old MAC) is to scan from the Printer Menu - this let's you combine multiple pages into one scan file. I get No Computer Found. When I go into Easy Scan sPreference - I get only the General Tab, I don't get the Scan to Computer Tab that showed up on my old MAC. Old MAC was using Easy Scan 1.9.2. New MAC downloaded Easy Scan 1.10.0. Clearly missing some configuration selection - any suggestions?
