I got my printer not to long ago and everything was working fine. I work off of a Surface Pro 3 so I don't have a disk drive. I purchased an external drive when I first got the Pro and it seemed to work when I installed all the software off the Installation Disc that came with the printer. However, I have been trying to use the scan feature recently but my printer simply goes into the "connecting" screen for 20 seconds then tells me that it has trouble connecting and to check if I have my scanning software installed correctly and configured it to my computer. How do I find out if I have said software and where do I get it if I don't?

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback.
The FULL feature software installation failed? What's the error message?
Can you uninstall and reinstall the software following these steps:
1. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)
2. Uninstall the software in your computer
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software
Hope that helps!
Thanks.
