Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I open the app click SCAN, Get message that it is not available or it can not load PROFILE I want to scan to PDF but do not see any option to do so, I run diagnostic and it tells me all is good...

Can you download and install the HP FULL featured software?

 

This resource will show you how.

 

There is a change to the path of HP FULL featured software.

 

Under Software and Drivers, go to Software - Utility and download and install the "HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories" (which is the HP FULL featured software.

 

Once installed, you should be able to scan.
