We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

The what seems to be a common problem with the #5530: will not print or copy. Goes thru the motions but the  paper comes out blank. Plenty of ink, ran the diagnostics, print and scan, etc. but no solution.

There is no problem with printing pages from my computer.  When trying to copy the circular arrow rotates and the message says copying, or scanning, but there is no movement  from the device.  Nothing happens even after hours!   JUst prior to  having this problem, the output from doing a copy produced just black pages - so there is plenty of ink. After trying to investigate, that symptom has gone and failure to actually scan or copy  as described persists.  Unpowering and reconnection makes no difference.
