Product: HP Envy 5540 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 5540 and all of a sudden it won't scan.  I downloaded the FULL driver but when it runs it's still just the basic.  I don't have t"scanner options" where I can "manage scan to computer".  Please help!

Hi,

Is the printer connected to your computer with a USB cable?

 

The Manage Scan to Computer is only available for a network connected printer, it is enabled by default for USB and should not be listed.

 

Try restarting your computer and check for any difference while scanning.

 

If the same persists, within the Tools tab of the software click HP Print and Scan Doctor and follow the steps by selecting Fix Scanning, then check for any difference once following any suggested steps by the utility.
