Hi,

 

I've issues when using the copy function on my printer. It will just spit out a black, quite grainy type page. 

 

I've tried selecting it to colour and it'll do the same but in colour!

 

Printing works fine, well when it isn't saying its offline.

 

Unsure about scanning as I haven't tried for a while.

 

I've tried unplugging from the wall socket, leaving it and trying again.

 

Also, I've witnessed the actual light working on the copier 

 

Any ideas??
