Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

This is just venting - I will never ever again buy printer from HP again...my second HP Envy 6000 series stops working within a very short period of time and though your online system check tool says it has not found any problem, obviously there is...

The only solution is to dump it - these printers started to pile up in my office now bc they are useless...

It is really sad because in the past I have never had issues with HP printers...actually, all my PCs are HP: my desktop [AiO] and my latop as well and they work perfectly well...
