Hi,

I have a new Envy6100e, and there isn't any paper guide. I just want to know where to put the paper!

Try these steps:

Open the Paper Tray:

• Pull out the input tray from the bottom front of the printer.

Adjust the Paper Guides:

• Slide the paper width guides to their outermost positions.

Insert the Paper:

• Place the stack of paper into the input tray, aligning it with the right side.
• Make sure the print side is facing down (for most paper types).
• Push the stack forward until it stops.

Adjust the Paper Guides:

• Slide the paper width guides inward until they rest gently against the edges of the paper stack. Ensure the guides are snug against the paper without bending it.

Close the Paper Tray:

• Push the input tray back into the printer until it locks into place.

Tips for Different Paper Sizes

Letter or A4 Size Paper:

• Use the main paper input tray as described above.

Envelopes or Smaller Paper Sizes:

• Place them in the same input tray, ensuring they are correctly aligned and that the paper guides are adjusted
