We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Our 7155 just started copy printing very lightly, prints fine from the pc. I have changed ink cartridges, reset, changed power cords, reinstalled driver, manually changed to darkest setting, and still copies very lightly. What else can I try before I go buy another printer? Thanks for any help.

You could try using Scan and check the results.

Scan and Copy use some different mechanics than those parts of the printer used to print.

If both Scan and Copy are too light, then - sure - perhaps it is time to purchase a new printer.

Actually, you can purchase a new printer whenever it suits you to do --

Wait if you can -- look for a replacement if it's time.

What?  Looks like this printer was introduced somewhere around January 2018.

Nice printer -- no longer  has that "new printer" smell.  (Poor attempt at humor - simply ignore - Smiling)

Thanks for the reply, both scan and copy are "light" and the printer isn't that old. Probably going to replace it, just tired of fighting this thing. May just have to try another brand.
