Hello,

I've had this printer a year and have had no issues until now. I can print perfectly from the internet, but when I  use the glass scanner or the feeder, a huge vertical black block goes down the right side of the page. This is in electronic form on the USB as well as a printed copy. I have cleaned everything, aligned the printer, and used the cleaning feature. I even tried to scan the document without the cartridges in there to make sure it was not the ink and it still happened. I unplugged and restarted it. I'm very close to throwing it away and going to get another one as it is no good to me without scanning and prining. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try cleaning as shown:

Hope that helps!
