Recently bought the HP Envy Photo 7155 and it scans slower than a turtle crossing a sidewalk. Are there are solutions? This is absurd for a new printer.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

What app or software are you using to scan? HP Smart or the HP FULL software scan?

 

Can try the HP FULL software solution? Download and install from this link:

After that, try the HP Scan from the FULL software.
