Product: Envy Pro 6452
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased an HP Envy Pro 6452 from eBay, open box. Set it up and have been trying to use the scanner. It randomly adds a grid of small black squares in the top left corner that actually do show up on the saved scan. Does anyone know what's causing that to happen and how to fix it? Thanks.
