Hi, I recently purchased the HP Officejet pro 9019/premier all-in-one printer.  When I attempt to run Fax Setup Wizard from the printer application on my laptop I get an error message saying "HP Fax Setup Wizard has been locked.  For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer". Could you please help?

Try doing a factory reset on your printer. It should be in the "Setup" menu. It'll be a little inconvenient to reset any preferences you've saved, but it should revert the printer to its default settings and hopefully the default state for the Fax Setup Wizard is "unlocked."

Yes, the factory reset worked.  Thank you.

p.s. Before posting in this community, I chatted with HP support.  The tech asked me to buy a 2 prong cable to fix that issue.  That was disappointing.
