Hi
I am getting a bit frustrated with these ScanJet Pro 3000 s4 scanners. It keeps telling me "The HP Imaging Device was not found" connected both on Windows 10 and 11.


The device is powered on and connected to the computer. I was able to install the Scanner out of the package but after a month or so, it just gives me this error message. Is there a way to reset the connection or simply fix this issue?

We got 5 of these scanners and I am having the same issue on Windows 10 and 11 PCs.

 

Please let me know what I can do to fix this.
