hello , 

 

I have an HP LASERJET PRO MFP 127FN printer scanner. After I updated the product's drivers with the latest package that is on the HP support website the scanner stopped working. 

 

I can send a document for printing but I can not scan anything. The machine displays the message calibrating on its screen and stops therefore I can't scan a document and save it as a pdf on my computer but I also can't make a copy of that document using the copy button on the machine. this happens from both the glass bed and the feeder. 

Can anybody help me solve this ?

Thank you for your promt reply , but  I find it a little weird that a completely functioning printer/scanner developed a mechanical problem after a drivers update. is there something I could do to see if this is the problems ? a diagnostics check maybe ? and if so how ?
