HP LJ M475DW Fax Memory Full

I can't send faxes.

I receive "fax memory is full" error.

I cleared the fax log, turned the machine off and unplugged it. No luck.

Please Help! 🙂

Hope you are well, the best way to resolve this problem is to use the following options: 

from setup menu > service > fax service > clear saved faxes

if issue persists after this you may need to perform a factory reset.
