Hi,

 

I have this issue every time I reinstall Windows. This time I have a fresh install of Windows 11. (I didn't say that in the auto options because when I say Windows 11 it takes me to some other page where HP tries to sell me something and away from this support page. Weird).

 

Anyhow, I have downloaded the latest drivers and installed them. But like all other times it installs all options except the scan from my computer option.

 

It is so infrequent that I do a new Windows instillation that I always for get What I did last time to get it to work.

 

So, does anyone know how to get the driver instillation to include the scan option on my Windows 11 instillation?

 

It usually appears under the individual driver instillation on "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers" > "HP LaserJet 3015 PCL5". I usually get it to work under the PCL5 and not the PCL6 (if I remember right).

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

I need to scan documents to my computer. Thanks!

PS I have done "Scan Doctor" to help setup drivers.

PPS On the hp LaserJet 3015 when I try to scan from there I get "Not setup on Computer".

I see by the driver page on HP Support that the only function HP supports on the older product is printing.
