Hope this is in the correct place!

HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP 276 scanner isn't working. Printer works fine. Home ORBI network. Used to work OK. 

I'm thinking perhaps an OS update issue? (I keep the OS up to date.)

Tried all sorts of updates but no luck. Pretty discouraged.

Ideas? Thoughts? Help?

Problem solved after running hp-printer-essentials-B-5_16_5_7.pkg.

Seems OK.

To assist better -

  1. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
  2. What is the application you are using to scan, HP Scan or HP Smart?
  3. Have you tried scanning using image capture?
  4. What is the exact error you are receiving when you initiate a scan?
