This printer is on our school network, All was well until yesterday. It still prints but I get an error that the scanner cannot be contacted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the full HP software, changed the static IP address and reinstalled and run the print and scan doctor. The print and scan doctor goes through its routine eventually telling me to contact Customer Care. If I open Paint and try scanning, I get an error that I need to install a scanner. Please help.
Thank you.
Robert
