Dear,

 

The scanner on my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w is working intermittently. It goes back and forth under the glass but in the vast majority of attempts the HP Scan application simply doesnt load the scanned image. I've tried HP Print and Scan Doctor a few times but it didn't help. I already tried scanning using another computer but the problem persisted. Could anyone help me?

 

The printer is working properly. The multifunctional is connected to my desktop via USB, which i think is working properly.
