Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have problems with HP Laserjet Pro MFP M125a it can't copy or scan documents. See in the video. Scan to PC not working too

I tried:

update firmware - not helped

Clean scanner rollers - not helped

Maybe there are faulty printers logic board?

Found the problem, in my case there was faulty scanner, replaced it with new one, ant it works again

I think you have tried copy with top cover closed then M125a really has a problem which needed to be fixed.
