1. Verify Network Settings

Check Printer’s Network Connection:

Ensure Network Connection:

  • Verify that your HP M479 is properly connected to your network. You can check this from the printer’s control panel:
    • Control Panel: Go to Network or Setup > Network Setup > View Network Status.
    • Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct network.

Check IP Address:

  • Make sure the IP address displayed on the printer is correct and matches what is expected for your network.

Check Computer’s Network Connection:

Verify Computer Connection:

Update Network Drivers:
