Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer brand new about 2 months ago and while it prints perfectly fine, unfortunately it's scanning from the ADF that is a huge problem. HP sent a tech guy to replace the ADF with a new one but still the scans came out even more skewed than previously. I think this printer model has a major scanning flaw that needs to be recalled by HP. Anyone else have this issue? I am now considering going with another brand like Brother even though I really like HP's print quality.

Any resolution to this issue? I was actually considering purchasing this for my small business as I scan a ton of documents all the time. I've read that the issue only occurs when scanning from ADF to PDF format. If you were to scan the same documents to a JPG do you still see the issue? It makes me think perhaps it's a software issue?
