I am having a recurring problem with scanning. The scanner software window does not allow multiple page scan into one pdf-file when I try to do it with 600 dpi. Is this a memory issue with the printer? Is there any way to solve it? At one point the scanner software enabled multiple page scanning if I chose to send the file by email, but now that is also disabled. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and I have done with both of my computers (tabletop and laptop) which have different windows operating system, so this is not related to the software but it seems to be related to the printer hardware itself.
