Hi,

 

We bought new HP MFP M527 printer, and I've tried adjust scann to network folder, but can't see SMB protocol on printer.

I can set scann to network folder only if I enter OUAdmin username and password, but this is not good Idea.

Can you help me, please, to fix this problem?

Generally login credentials are required to access the shared folder enabled with read/write access (minimum) in share permissions, unless it is a local folder on user computer while doing Web scan or software based scanning.

 

Please share few more details about the method used for scanning and actual requirement with error/issue description so as to understand your query better and to provide support accordingly.

Scan to network folder had been configured in the the Printer but suddenly stopped working in one of the user like reception
