HP Mobile vs HP App

I have over a hundred contacts in the HP mobile app.  The new HP App did not carry over any of my fax contacts or other information.  Can you provide a way to carry it over to the new app or to be able to copy and paste it.  I have way to many contacts to input the information one by one.  I have built that list over 5 years!

We understand your concern, especially after spending years building a fax contact list in the HP Smart mobile app.
 

At this time, there is no supported method to automatically migrate, export, import, copy, or transfer fax contacts from the legacy HP Smart mobile app to the new HP App. As a result, contacts and certain app-specific data may not carry over to the new application experience.
 

We realize this can be particularly inconvenient when managing a large contact list, and we understand the impact of having to recreate information that has been accumulated over several years.
 

We appreciate your feedback regarding contact migration and backup capabilities. Feedback like yours is valuable, and we will forward it to the relevant team for consideration in future enhancements to the HP App.
