I have been using the HP Office Jet 4652 Windows PC to Windows 11 since 2022 via USB cable.


I use the HP Office Jet 4652 as Scanner only, never use(d) it as printer, therefore the ink cartridges are not installed.

Today, I cannot scan anymore.

If I start the App, DeviceSetup.exe pops-up.

If I follow the instructions, the scanner is not recognized neither via USB nor via WiFi.

 

HPPrintScanDoctorDeploymentMgr.exe
does not start any more.

a) What is the problem, suddenly?

b)
How can I enter the WiFi Settings at the HP Office Jet 4652?
If I start it up, the message of empty ink cartridges  appears, but that did never matter before.
