How do I get my AIO 8702 when scanning to open in adobe before saving

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - Are you trying to save your documents/ photos as scan? If yes, try these steps -

 

1. Load your original print-side down on the scanner glass or print-side up in the document feeder.

2. Open the HP printer software. From the computer desktop, click the Start button, click All apps, select HP, and then select the icon with the printer name.

3. Click Print, Scan & Fax , and then click Scan .

4. Click Scan a Document or Photo .

5. Select the type of scan you want and then click Scan .

● Choose Save as PDF to save the document (or photo) as a PDF file.
