Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Wireless connection to my printer IS working. But it will not scan to email. Message on printer screen says: "printer could not connect to Web services. Server might be busy. Try again later." This has been ongoing for 3 days. I think I might need to set up a new email on the printer? I cannot seem to find the email. When I hit "display email address", the screen switches to "acquiring email address" and it keeps buffering.
