We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I've reset the modem/router and this printer several times and the hard copy of faxes will come through, but they will not forward to email. There is no error present on the screen as well. I've also reset the digital fax password several times.

 

I'm at my wits end, please help😖

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's remove web services:

 

To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services.

 

Once done, please enable web services back.

Instructions were followed and it still has a Digital Fax Error (cannot find remote server).  I also logged into the smart HP Smart App and reset the password in the HP Digital Fax profile. Saved and tested configurations, received the message...

Congratulations! You have successfully set up Digital Fax to Email. You can now send incoming digital faxes as email attachments.

 

I also reset the Wi-Fi several times and still has the same error.

Assign manual IP to the printer-

The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here.

For the DNS servers please use 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4 for the Alternate DNS server. These are Google’s public DNS servers

This did not correct the problem. Still receiving hard copies of faxes, but they are not forwarding by email.

I also received the emailed confirmation of correct configured settings... "HP Digital Fax Test Message from HP OfficeJet Pro 9010", but faxes continue to not forward to email.
