HP Office Jet Pro 9730e - the size of the original I want to copy isn't listed

I often need to copy pages of music, which is most often printed on 9"x12" paper.  There is no predefined paper size of 9"x12" and I do not see any "custom original size" setting.  The closest are "officio" which is 8.5"x13" or B4.  Am I missing something?  I see how to adjust the output size by percentages if I wish but what am I missing about the "original size" setting that I can't set my own?  thanks in advance for any help.

Copy is limited to what you see in the Printer Control Panel or in EWS > Copy > Default Copy Options

Example - EWS > Section Copy > Default Copy Options

Scan - Mobile

If you are willing to do so consider using Scan > select Preset type (PDF or JPEG)

Scan at size, mark boundaries > optionally Edit and Save

Next, Print the saved file at the size you want it.

If you are using Windows,

If you have the Full driver printer software installed,

HP Scan -- part of the Full Feature Software -- can be set to grab the content boundaries

Scan as content type:

PDF - Page Size = Detect Content on Page

Photo / Image (JPEG) - Page Size = Detect Photos

Top Ribbon > Print Server Properties > Tab Forms

Windows 11

Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners

Under Related Settings > Print server Properties > Tab Forms

Control Panel > icon view > Right-Click on Printer > Printing Preferences

Tab Paper / Quality > Custom setting box

Note

After setting / creating your Custom Form in Printing Preferences,

Save the setup and Exit Printing Preferences.

(Re)Open Printing Preferences and check the paper list for your new custom paper size form.

Printer - Full Feature Software

HP Full Feature Software / Full Driver printer software - supports printing and scanning from the web, printing in in other software and programs (for example, Word), and provides access to the full range of Printing Preferences / Shortcuts.  The full driver generally adds at one, possibly least one, possibly two shortcuts to the Desktop: Printer Assistant, HP Scan Assistant, and/or HP Scan.

NOTES:  

HP Scan is not installed if the printer does not support Scan.

The Printer Assistant is not installed if the type of full driver software does not support it.  If the printer model includes built-in Fax hardware, the software supports the setup and use of the Fax driver. No Sign-in required.

Reinstalling?

• Uninstall existing full driver printer software from Programs and Features.
• If your printer includes a separate "help" in Programs and Features, uninstall that, too.
• Restart the computer and log in.
• If the printer is connected to the computer using a printer USB cable, remove / disconnect the cable before loading the software.
