Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Whether scanning or copying, half of the document has lines from top to bottom on the scan or printout. After going through the HP site for over 2 hours, I've updated the software, HP Smart, cleaned the glass and unplugged the printer for a minute to restart. This happened without any incident of movement. Printer is less than 1 year old and used for business. Time for a new machine or can this be fixed?
