Hey there, I have a HP OfficeJet 3830, I can print wirelessly to it, but do you know if I can scan wirelessly from the printer to my PC? I have the full driver software installed.

Yes, you can scan from the printer to the computer if the full-featured software is installed. Assuming that you have a Windows computer, follow the steps below-

 

1. Click on the printer icon (on your desktop) and it will bring up the HP Printer Assistant.
2. Under the Scan menu, there is a “Manage Scan to Computer”, click on that.
3. Make sure that you “Enable” Scan to Computer. Also, make sure the tab “Automatically start Scan to Computer when I log on to Windows” is checked if you want to make this feature permanent.

Now, try scanning from the printer's front panel by clicking on Scan > Scan to computer > Select your computer name > OK

 

If you have a Mac computer, steps are different, keep me posted for assistance.
